it acquired Industrial Gas Springs, a
U.K.-based designer, manufacturer and
supplier of customized gas springs, for an
undisclosed sum.
■ ■ Tom Barnes, chairman of the Barnes
Group, was named a 2018 Lifetime
Achievement Award winner by the Hartford
