Gillis recently completed a hand and microsurgery fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County hired Amy Cunningham as community outreach coordinator. CES Inc., a firm of engineers, environ- mental scientists and land surveyors in Brewer, hired Philip Badger as senior project engineer and master electrician. Badger has 28 years of hands-on electri- cal work, electrical design experience and project leadership. The Maine Community Foundation in Ellsworth hired Elena Sulima as controller. Sulima was previously with Hollywood Casino Hotel and Raceway in Bangor. DMM Inc., a document solutions com- pany in Scarborough, hired Rich Heuer as CFO. Heuer was previously CFO and COO at NEPS Inc., a communications software management provider.
