The 105-room hotel will anchor Riverbridge, a new mixed-use development. Ducharme has an associate's degree in hospitality management from Middlesex Community College and was previously the general manager of the Candlewood Suites in Burlington. Nativity School of Worcester has hired AMARIS GONZALEZ as director of college placement and transition and promoted AARON PERRY to director of high school placement and support. Gonzalez was previously the access team manager at Bottom Line in Worcester. She has a bachelor's degree in anthropology from UMass Amherst. Perry was previ- ously a fellow at Nativity School teaching fifth grade and advising eighth graders. He is in school for his master's degree in teaching at Clark University. MAREK KIELCZEWSKI is the new chief technology officer for SeaChange International in Acton. Kielczewski was promoted from SeaChange's Poland office, where he was the CEO of DCC Labs, a Polish company SeaChange acquired in 2016. In Acton, he will lead SeaChange's technology innovation and execution. Kielczewski has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Warsaw University of Technology. JOE GIRVAN has been named the busi- ness development manager for Marl- borough-based Comprehensive Benefit Administrators' Florida office. Girvan, a Marlborough native and former sports- caster, will work in the firm's Tampa office, helping to build its business in that area. He and his family now live in Fort Myers, Fla. NICOLE LACROIX has been named project manager at Green Leaf Con- struction, where she is responsible for management of sev- eral projects for the Leominster firm. La- Croix, of Worcester, was previously at Consigli Construction and has a master's degree in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. TIM TARNOWSKI has been appointed as chief transformation officer for UMass Memorial Health Care. Tarnowski, who will remain the health system's chief informa- tion officer, is the first chief transformation officer for UMass. He will lead the sys- tem's Center for Innovation and Transfor- mational Change and be responsible for strategic guidance. MARY ANN GRAHAM is the new site director for Summit ElderCare on East Milford Federal Bank has appointed a new CFO and promoted a new senior vice president and vice president. Milford Federal made KIM ANDERSON its new CFO and senior vice president. She joins from UniBank, where she was vice president and director of finance. She is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, which is a partner of the Uni- versity of Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA from Nichols College and a bachelor's degree from Worcester State University. DONNA DESJARDIN, who joined the bank in 1986 as a data entry clerk, was made senior vice president for residential and consumer lending. She was most re- cently the vice president for loans. MELIS- SA MESTRE, who joined the bank in 1994 as a part-time teller, was promoted to vice president for finance. She has a bache- lor's degree in accounting from Worcester State University and was most recently the assistant vice president for finance. PETER SENNETT is the new vice pres- ident of human re- sources and payroll at Mount Wachusett Community College. Sennett was previ- ously the affirmative action officer, Title IX coordinator and public records access officer at Greenfield Community College. He has returned to Mount Wachusett, where he previously worked as director of human resources and affirmative action. JOSIAH MOYER is the new director of plant operations at Fairlawn Rehabil- itation Hospital in Worcester. Moyer was most recently the facilities director at Assumption Col- lege.
