In keeping with the town's land use zoning ordinances, the plan for this site is two modestly sized and aff ord- able dwellings, with covenants in place to keep them aff ordable in perpetuity for families with median incomes. N O T E W O R T H Y M I D C O A S T & D O W N E A S T Northeast Bancorp, a fi nancial ser- vices company and parent of Northeast Bank in Lewiston, reported net income of $4.3 million, or 48 cents per diluted common share, for the quarter ended June 30, compared to net income of $4.0 million, or 45 cents per diluted common share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. Net income for the year ended June 30 was $16.2 million, or $1.77 per diluted common share, compared to $12.3 million, or $1.38 per diluted common share, for the year ended June 30, 2017. The company also said on July 30, 2018, its board of directors declared a cash dividend of a penny per share, payable on Aug. 24 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 10. Waterville Community Dental Center received a lead grant of $250,000 from Delta Dental Plan of Maine in support of the capital campaign to construct a new dental center. The grant will be used to help purchase and renovate a new location to better serve the dental needs of those in the area. J.S.
