What's been your biggest professional accomplishment? Aside from Regions' expansion into our second flagship office in Marlborough, I'm most proud of my accomplishments with the CCIM Connecti- cut Chapter board of directors. As the chapter's youngest president, a role that is typically one year long, I served in consecutive years, 2016- 2017, where we doubled membership and tripled net income earning the chapter the coveted President's Cup Award. How are you involved in the community? Each month all members of the team volunteer their time to support various causes in the com- munities they serve. They have supported The Village, Hands on Hartford, Habitat for Human- ity, various shelters, Glastonbury YMCA and Hebron Youth Baseball League. What must the Greater Hartford region do to attract more talented young professionals? Successful tax reform and a balanced budget will enable our region to be more affordable for talented young professionals to open businesses and spur economic growth. Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty:. • Youngest president for the CCIM Connecticut Chapter, served in consecutive years, 2016- 2017, where we doubled membership and tripled net income earning the chapter the coveted President's Cup Award. • Responsible for overseeing the CCIM Con- necticut, New York metro, upstate New York, and New England chapters. • Completed over $60 million worth of com- mercial real estate deals last year alone, earn- ing the Regions CoStar Power Broker Award for top sales broker. • One of the less than 3 percent of Realtors who have earned the prestigious SIOR designation.
