Shapiro, who succeeds outgoing president Karen DeMeola. Other new officers include President- elect Ndidi N. Moses, Vice President Amy Lin Meyerson, Secretary Dahlia Grace, Treasurer Vincent P. Pace and Assistant Secretary-Treasurer Aidan R. Welsh. Temporary staffing agency United Personnel made two new hires as part of its Connecticut expansion. Nancy Scirocco Nesbitt will serve as United Personnel's vice president of business development for the Connecticut region. She most recently worked as vice president for government and not-for-profit banking at Webster Bank. Brandon Houston was hired as United Personnel's director of client services. He will lead the expansion of the firm's information technology division. Eileen Keegan was hired as vice president of wealth management at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC's Glastonbury branch office. Keegan was previously affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors, and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Hartford. The Bridge Family Center appointed two new members to its board of directors. Kathleen Christensen, a director at Connecticut Wealth Management, and Peter Macdonald, a vice president of workers' compensation claims at The Hartford, will both serve three-year terms. Brian Mulligan has been promoted to vice president of sales at Kelser Corp., a Glastonbury-based IT consulting firm. The promotion is Mulligan's second since joining the firm last year. He previously held positions at AT&T, Comcast and Frontier. Daniel Bonelli has been promoted to vice president of finance in the Western New England region at Comcast. Bonelli's responsibilities include overseeing financial operations including finance and accounting; warehouse and materials; information technology; facilities; security; fleet management; and environmental health and safety. Foodshare has welcomed seven members to its board of directors. New board members include G. Duncan Harris, Katherine J. Hunlock, Marlisa Simonson, Molly Devanney, Tiffany Hubbard, Emmanuel Sanchez and Ana Valentin-Jackson. Andrew "Drew" Williams joined Chelsea Groton Bank's lending center in Glastonbury as a retail loan officer. In his new position, Williams will work with clients throughout East Hartford, Glastonbury, Windsor and Greater Hartford in need of a variety of lending from traditional mortgages, to first- time homebuyer and affordable lending programs, to specialty financing and home-equity loans. Andy Hart has been named Hartford Public Library's director of communications. Hart is a Hartford resident with more than 25 years of experience in journalism, design and photography. Jonathan M.
