Thrive is owned by Maribeth McCauley Lynch of Shrewsbury, who founded the company in 2014; her team now has eight members. A grand-open- ing celebration was attended by members of the board of selectmen, the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce and State Rep. Hannah Kane. Stars of the day Leominster Credit Union donated $8,000 to the Starburst 2018 entertainment, music and fireworks show at Doyle Field, becoming the event's main sponsor. Workers for charity Fitchburg-based Workers Credit Union raised more than $26,000 for the Greater Gardner Relay for Life, a signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Counting and depositing the funds were (from left) Jaclyn Hayes, Lauren Kelley, Jessica Leblanc, Randi Simpson, Carina Boucher and Julie McNamara, all of Workers Credit Union.
