Portland Magazine said it received two awards at the National Association of Real Estate Editors' 68th Annual Journalism Competition. e Summerguide 2017 story "Dream Islands," written by founding publisher and editor Colin Sargent and Willis Kuelthau, won a "Bronze Award for Best Team Report" and "Weathering Heights" (December 2017), written by Sargent, received a "Bronze Award for the Best Residential, Mortgage or Financial Real Estate Magazine Story (general circulation)." Scott Macha, a detailer at Total Eclipse Auto Detailing in Yarmouth, was selected to the 1th annual Air Force One Detailing Team for the second straight year.
